Sani-Tech® STHT®-C & Sani-Tech® STHT®-65 Sanitary Silicone Tubing

Sani-Tech® STHT®-C and Sani-Tech® STHT®-65 are ultra-pure, biopharmaceuticalgrade tubing that has a useful life unmatched by any other known process tubing. Sani-Tech® STHT®-C and Sani-Tech® STHT®-65 platinum-cured silicone tubing resists temperature extremes, ozone, corona, radiation, moisture, compression sets, weathering and chemical attack to fluids transported within it. SaniTech® STHT®-C and Sani-Tech® STHT®-65 silicone tubing withstands repeated autoclaving and resists the adherence of blood products and other sanitary fluids. Sani-Tech® STHT®-C and Sani-Tech® STHT®-65 , in 1/16" ID and greater, comes with laser marked part numbers and lot codes to provide total product traceability.

Characteristics

The manufacturing process is carefully controlled from receiving through production. In all our multiple production sites (US, France, and India) our tubing are produced and double bag packaged in an ISO 7 clean room. Inspection and lot traceability are readily accessible as batch numbers are assigned. All packages are identified by external labeling on both the bag and the high-quality, crushproof box.

Biocompatibility

Sani-Tech® STHT®-C and Sani-Tech® STHT®-65 are manufactured from the finest grade of silicone materials and is fully characterized, validated and tested to a variety of specifications including USP Class VI criteria, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, and Japanese Pharmacopoeia – Section 51.
