Bio-Simplex® Tubing End Assemblies for Biopharmaceutical Applications
Bio-Simplex® Tubing End Assemblies are economically designed for single- use, eliminating cleaning and contamination from repeated use resulting in lower production costs and ease of validation. They are made from C-Flex® thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing engineered to ensure an unobstructed fluid path and extremely low levels of extractables. TPE tubing is easily used with sterile connecting devices and thermal tubing sealers. Customer-generated designs, sizes, packaging and other options such as connectors, heat-sealed ends or alternate materials are available as custom orders.

Molded Tubing Ends
USP Class VI polypropylene fittings are molded directly to C-Flex® pharmaceutical grade TPE tubing in mini and standard Tri-Clamp configurations. Assemblies are well-suited for applications involving aseptic transfer, sterile processing, and other critical applications in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, and high purity industries. Tubing ends are packaged and sold individually.
Heat-sealed Tubing Ends
C-Flex® TPE tubing with heat-sealed ends provides a closed system — excellent for use in sterile tubing welding and connecting applications. Single use eliminates the need for cleaning and the risk of cross-contamination resulting in lower production costs and ease of validation.
